By completing and submitting the registration form, you understand and agree to the following:

• the scores from the Residual ACT are NOT official ACT scores and are valid ONLY for determining PROMISE Scholarship eligibility; they may, however, be used by Fairmont State University for admission and course placement purposes;
• the test will be at Fairmont State's Charles Pointe Center (100 Market Place Dr.) in Bridgeport:  NOT ON CAMPUS;
• check-in begins at 7:30am;
• facial masks and social distancing are REQUIRED by all examinees;
• photo ID is REQUIRED for all examinees;
• any test accommodations must be made PRIOR to registration by contacting the Residual ACT Test Administrator at 304-367-4617, or by emailing charley.hively@fairmontstate.edu.
