By completing and submitting the registration form, you understand and agree to the following:

  • the scores from this On-Campus ACT (formerly the Residual ACT) are NOT official ACT scores and are valid ONLY be used by Fairmont State University for admission, institutional scholarship, and course placement purposes;
  • the exam fee is $65.00 ONLY payable by check made to Fairmont State University;  NO OTHER FORMS of payment will be accepted;
  • the test will be at Fairmont State's Charles Pointe Center (100 Market Place Dr.) in Bridgeport, WV: NOT ON CAMPUS;
  • check-in begins at 7:30am;
  • facial masks and social distancing are REQUIRED by all examinees;
  • photo ID is REQUIRED for all examinees; there is no Admission Ticket;
  • any test accommodations must be made PRIOR to registration by contacting the Residual ACT Test Administrator at 304-367-4617, or by emailing charley.hively@fairmontstate.edu.
