Noel is a Fairmont State University Alum who graduated in 1981 with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. His hometown where he grew up is Weirton, West Virginia. Noel is a Claims Service Leader at Allstate/Encompass and has been with his present employer for 34 years. He currently resides in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
