Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last four minutes. You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. This is one set. You'll complete eight sets of each exercise. We complete 4 different exercises in each class with a minute rest in between exercises and the exercise vary each class. All exercises can be modified to meet your current fitness needs so all fitness levels are welcome to participate.
