In less than an hour, this class provides a cardiovascular challenge, a total body toning workout, and a cool down and stretching segment. You will begin with a warm-up followed by a 20 minute aerobic exercise session. The next 20 minutes will target the core, upper, and lower body using a variety of techniques (dumb bells, bands, stability ball, etc.). The class concludes with a revitalizing cool down and stretch segment. The level of intensity for this class is individualized to the participant.
