Neurodivergence, encompassing conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive variations, represents a growing demographic in higher education. For students, the challenges related to traditional educational models often pose barriers to success. This presentation aims to explore the intersection of neurodivergence and collegiate success, exploring these students’ unique experiences and challenges. This presentation will provide insights that will enable educators to create more supportive and inclusive learning environments.
